GWR Walkaton: Techiman South MP gifts man who trekked from Bono to Greater Accra Region GHC10k


Techiman South Member of Parliament, Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, has extended a generous reward to Seidu Rafiwu, the determined individual undertaking a monumental walking marathon in a bid to set a new Guinness World Record.

Rafiwu, who has captured the admiration of many with his unwavering commitment to the challenging feat, received a commendable sum of GHS10,000 from the MP in recognition of his remarkable endeavor.

The gesture from Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah underscores the appreciation and support Rafiwu has garnered from various quarters as he continues his journey through perseverance and determination.

Rafiwu’s ambitious quest to etch his name in the annals of history with a new Guinness World Record has not only captured the attention of the nation but has also inspired individuals from all walks of life.

He began his journey in the Bono Region and passed through the Ashanti Region, Eastern and then ended in the Greater Accra Region.

Though there were reports that he had collapsed, he debunked it by saying that those were times the medical team was assessing him.
