A man has become the center of a heated online debate after demanding a refund from a woman he took on a first date—simply because she refused to go home with him afterward.
The awkward moment, which surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), began when the man invited the lady back to his place following their outing. She politely declined, citing discomfort since it was their very first time meeting.
Despite her boundaries being clearly communicated, he pressed further, promising they’d just watch a movie and that she could leave afterward. Still, the woman held her ground and stood by her decision.
That’s when things took a sharp turn. Annoyed by her refusal, the man bluntly asked if she was going to send him $15 to cover the cost of the food he had paid for during the date.
