Berla Mundi, a well-known figure in Ghanaian media, has stated that she initially turned down TV3’s invitation to quit GHOne.
She was contacted by TV3, accepted their offer, and then turned it down. When she first considered quitting, she claimed she was afraid of losing the connection she had with GHOne.
She also believed that GHOne deserved her commitment and loyalty.
She clarified that GHOne was where her entire career as a broadcast journalist began. She therefore thought that she owed the company something from the beginning to that point in her life—a favor or her career.
In a widely shared video, Berla said that leaving GHOne was not an easy choice.
The well-known media personality announced her departure from EIB Network on August 15, 2019. Ghanaians were interested as to why she resigned from the media company that had provided her with a wealth of training and career possibilities.
