I lost interest in schooling because I was exposed to money at an early age - Obaa Cee
Obaa Cee, the popular Tiktoker has revealed that she stopped schooling at an early age because her teachers could not handle her in class. According to her, she used to fight the teachers, hence none of them wanted her in their class.
She explained that she went to school twice a week and used the rest of the days for business.
“I was born at Krofrom, 5 siblings, I am the 4th. All my siblings went to school except me, I couldn’t go because my teachers didn’t like me because I was troublesome so I used to fight them so no one wanted me in his class. I went to school on Mondays and Tuesdays and used the rest of the days to trade. I stopped at JSS 3.
She explained that she was introduced to trading by her elder sister at an early age which made her lose interest in education.
Obaa Cee said she was exposed to ‘big’ money at that age through the selling of meat at the age of 12 and then she switched to the selling of secondhand bedsheets at age 15.
“I started trade at age 12 selling meat, fish, introduced to the trade by my sister. I saw money at an early stage so I lost interest in school. At age 15, I switched to the secondhand bedsheet business.”
