Actress Martha Ankomah has sent a warning to actor Lil Win following her allegations of defamation.
Martha has indicated that it took years to build the brand and reputation she has now, hence she won’t allow anyone destroy it including the Kumawood actress.
“I am not joking because it takes years to build a reputation and a brand so you cant play with it.”
“Everyone knows he was not joking.”
She affirmed her trust in the laws of Ghana to deal with the issue she has with Lil Win stating that, “I believe the rule of law works in this country. i believe the law works so I don’t believe you can insult someone and go scot free.”
“If the law doesn’t work then it is a bad example for our followers that anyone can insult and get away with it.”
She also affirmed her stance in not forgiving and letting go of the case even if Lil Win apologises since she intends to make him a scapegoat.
According to her, actors/actresses are role models and must set examples hence she wouldn’t want to set a bad example by letting him go scot free.
It seems Ghanaians must get ready for the pair as the case is not dying in the media soon.
