A disgruntled young woman has ignited online conversations after harshly criticizing Ghanaian musician King Paluta over a recent incident at one of his shows.
In a self-recorded video circulating widely on social media, the visibly upset woman questioned what could have led the “Aseda” hitmaker to verbally attack a woman during his performance. She expressed disappointment, branding King Paluta as increasingly disrespectful and losing the respect of fans, especially women.
What frustrated her even more was the silence from Ghanaian media platforms, which she accused of conveniently ignoring the issue. According to her, these same media houses were quick to condemn rapper Medikal over a similar situation — one she believes was far less offensive compared to King Paluta’s behavior.
The young woman, unwilling to stay silent, insisted that someone needed to call the musician to order. She challenged the artist’s sense of professionalism and pointed out that even Shatta Wale, known for his controversy, wouldn’t have acted in the same manner.
Her remarks have stirred debate, with many questioning whether Ghana’s music industry is holding artists accountable consistently or turning a blind eye to certain individuals.
The controversy continues to gain traction online as fans await a response from King Paluta and his team.
