Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, co-founder of Andela, recently shared his views on relationships and his expectations for marriage, revealing that many of the women he had dated in the past were highly influenced by external factors.

Reflecting on his experiences, he emphasized that he was looking for a partner who could remain unaffected by societal pressures and outside opinions.

In a candid conversation on The Afropolitan Podcast, Aboyeji opened up about his dream of finding a woman with whom he could be his true self.

He expressed his desire for a partner who was resilient against external influence, particularly when it came to material possessions and lifestyle choices.

Aboyeji highlighted how some of the women he had dated were easily swayed by the opinions of their families and friends.

For instance, he mentioned how a woman might be influenced by her mother to push him into upgrading his car, leading to unnecessary nagging over something trivial.

This experience, Aboyeji explained, made him realize the importance of finding someone with their own convictions and who could avoid being easily manipulated by others.
