In a desperate plea for help, the family of two-year-old Heaven Shebbulwell is urgently seeking GHS400,000 to fund life-saving surgery for their son, who is battling a debilitating condition known as esophagus stricture.
The father of the child is said to have abandoned the mother when she got pregnant.
For almost a year, Heaven has endured excruciating pain caused by a blockage in his throat, making it incredibly difficult for him to swallow. The condition has taken a severe toll on his health, leaving him reliant on a feeding tube to sustain his fragile life.
Esophagus stricture, characterized by the narrowing of the esophagus, poses a grave threat to Heaven’s well-being, hindering his ability to eat and drink normally.
Without immediate intervention, the young child faces continued suffering and the risk of further complications.
Heaven’s family, burdened by the staggering cost of medical treatment, is appealing to the generosity of the public to help raise the necessary funds for his surgery.
Every contribution, no matter how small, brings them one step closer to providing their beloved son with the chance for a healthier, brighter future.
