After experiencing horrific domestic abuse from her spouse during their marriage, actress Christiana Awuni has disclosed that she was compelled to turn into an alcoholic.
Although she concealed the abuse, she claimed it was horrible, and when others attempted to assist her, she refused them.
Awuni disclosed in an interview that her spouse used to abuse her whenever he had the chance, to the point that their marriage was so dysfunctional.
Because of her pain, according to Awuni, she started drinking and rose to the top of her community’s drunk list.
No one ever believed she could ever stop drinking, according to her statement that she drank so much and for so long.
But ultimately, after losing all respect, she made the decision to give up alcohol of her own free will.
