Lady found dead in hotel pool while on a business trip with boss
A chilling incident has shaken the community of Anaji, Takoradi, as 24-year-old Lois Abena Koranteng, a recent graduate of petroleum engineering from KNUST, was found dead in a hotel swimming pool on June 8, 2024.
According to a family member’s Facebook post, Lois had traveled to Takoradi with her boss and company driver, and they had checked into the hotel on June 7.
Tragically, her lifeless body was discovered in the pool the next morning.
The family is distraught, and no arrests have been made yet. The police have remained tight-lipped about the investigation, leaving the family with more questions than answers. In a disturbing twist, the hotel claims its CCTV cameras were not functioning at the time of the incident.
Lois’ sudden and mysterious death has sent shockwaves through the community, and her loved ones are demanding justice and answers. The investigation is ongoing, but the family’s pleas for information have so far gone unheeded.
In a Facebook post, a sibling of the lady said this;
“My lil sis checked in @chrislordpalacehotel in Anaji, Takoradi on 7th June 2024 with her boss and company driver. She was murdered n dumped into the hotel’s swimming pool at dawn on 8th June 2024. The police aren’t telling the family anything not even an arrest. Hotel claims CCTV isn’t functioning. We seek #justice for Lois Abena Koranteng (A 24yr petroleum engineering graduate of KNUST).”
