Mzbel Accuses Sonnie Badu of Owing Her $300, Questions His Integrity
Veteran Ghanaian musician Mzbel has explained her reasons for questioning the credibility of gospel artiste Sonnie Badu as a true man of God.
In an interview monitored by News and Vibes, Mzbel revealed that her doubts stem from personal experiences with the gospel musician, including an unresolved financial issue.
According to Mzbel, Sonnie Badu owes her $300 after she used her own money to complete a task on his behalf, for which he has yet to reimburse her.
Despite multiple efforts to recover the amount, she claims her attempts have been unsuccessful. Mzbel expressed frustration over the situation, stating that she no longer believes in the saying, “the patient dog takes the fattest bone,” as her prolonged wait has yielded no results.
Mzbel emphasised that this debt is just one of several reasons she questions Sonnie Badu’s authenticity as a man of God.
Although she chose not to disclose further details at this time, she suggested that her experiences reveal inconsistencies in his character. The veteran musician’s remarks have sparked discussions about accountability and integrity among public figures, especially those who claim spiritual leadership.
